I just took an exam. It started at 8. It is now 8:30 and I am back in my dorm room. And, I stopped to get a muffin and a milk. What does that tell you about my exam?

And I'm guessing my exam at noon will go the same way.

And then I only have one more exam until I am done with undergrad forever!

OK, I'm going back to bed now. byebye

well, i'm home from summer camp now.
it's bittersweet really.
i'm glad i don't have to deal with the kids, they were a bit out of control.
but god do i miss some of the people i worked with.

and i miss him. A LOT.
life is too complicated. i wish i could just get in the car and drive down there.

i'll be around until school starts, working and just hanging, so feel free to get in touch.

24 hours  to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I leave for summer camp tomorrow for those of you who don't know, and I won't be back until august 10. So if you don't hear much from me over the next month, that is why.

that's really all i have to update. life has been pretty predictable lately: working and spending time with the wife before i go.

laters :-)

sixth and seventh books

sixth book was "Timepiece" by Richard Paul Evans...
Great book, no extremely memorable quotes.

seventh book was "The Letter" by Richard Paul Evans...
Great book again...
quotes:

--->"But among the tales of despair are also stories of quiet heroics; corner grocers extending credit they know will never be repaid, and landlords overlooking rent until finding themselves faced with destitution. It is often during the worst of times that we see the best of humanity- awakening within the most ordinary of us that which is most sublime. I do not believe it is circumstance that produces such greatness any more than it is the canvas that makes the artist. Adversity merely presents the surface on whcih we render our souls' most exacting likeness. It is in the darkest skies that stars are best seen."

--->"I am not a believer in love at first sight. For love, in its truest form, is not the thing of starry-eyed or star-crossed lovers, it is far more organic, requiring nurturing and time to fully bloom, and, as such, seen best not in its callow youth but in its wrinkled maturity. Like all living things, love, too, struggles againt hardship, and in the process sheds its fautous skin to expose one composed of more than just a storm of emotion- one of loyalty and divine friendship. Agape. And though it may be temporarily blinded by adversity, it never gives in or up, holding tight to lofty ideals that transcend this earth and time- while its counterfeit simply concludes it was mistaken and quickly runs off to find the next real thing."

--->"'Real love's ain't that way. It's more like a tree or plant or somethin'.' 'How is that?' 'Grows if you take mind of it. But it takes work and sacrifices. No one stand back of a neglected tree and watch it die and say, 'Guess that tree just ain't suppose to live.' Only a fool would talk like that. But people do it all the time with their loves.'"

workin on the eighth book now... "A Perfect Day" by Richard Paul Evans... and I'm heading out to the library to pick up another one or two... looks like my 10 book goal is soon approaching
